Who am I?

French by origin, Brazilian by adoption, Amsterdam-based since 2025. These crossings shaped my perspective and my way of being with others.

I am the mother of Lia and Ana. My daughters teach me as much as I teach them.

Nature is my first school. The waves taught me what I now pass on : learn to adjust, let the movement happen, rather than fight it.

My background

Graduated from Sciences Po Grenoble and a Specialized Master's from ESCP Europe, I first worked in project management (corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and agroecology).

In 2015, I became a primary school teacher at the Lycée Molière in Rio de Janeiro, where I became deeply involved to :

  • affective and relational education

  • cooperative and creative pedagogies

  • gender equality

  • projects connected to ecology, theatre, writing and self-expression

These projects were never ends in themselves:  they were pretexts for learning differently, growing together.

Driven by a desire to deepen my understanding of the body and human relationships, I trained in :

  • Nonviolent Communication and conscious leadership, with Marie Bendélac, Brazil

  • Conscious sexuality,  with Jaya Devi, Brazil

  • Mindfulness meditation for children,  MindKids, Brazil

  • Analytical sexotherapy,  Psycho Sexo Academy, France

  • Gestalt therapy, in IFPP, Institut Français de Formation Psychocorporelle, France (ongoing)

My approach

I taught for ten years. I crossed two continents. I transformed myself on the therapist's couch and beyond.

All of this lives in the way I work : through the body, emotions, relationship and the living world.

I create spaces where it becomes possible to slow down, make sense of what is being lived… and sometimes simply breathe a little better.

I work with a lot of humour and lightness, and the conviction that everything begins with the way we look at ourselves.

Framework & values

Each support process takes place within a framework that is:

  • safe and caring,

  • confidential,

  • respectful of each person’s pace,

  • attentive to intercultural and multilingual journeys,

  • inclusive and non-judgmental.

My intention : to offer you a space where things can move softly, clearly, in your own time.

How we work together ?

  • In person in Amsterdam or online

  • Languages : English, French or Portuguese ·

  • Formats : individual, couple, family or group

  • First session free, no commitment

Each experience is a new wave. I'd be glad to support you as you move through yours.
